According to your rental agreement, all requests for maintenance on the property must be submitted to our office in writing or by this e-mail form. Such requests must include property address, work requested, tenant’s name, tenant’s signature and a daytime phone number where the tenant can be reached. Such requests authorize The Nine, and/or their maintenance vendors to enter the property.
